The Wisdom of Emptiness

In this retreat participants will engage in 4 meditations that will deepen their experience of the Emptiness of self and the Emptiness of phenomena. In doing so we can reduce our attachment and cravings that cause suffering for both ourselves and others.
Each session will include pointing out instructions, prayers and a guided meditation.
This retreat is suitable for those with experience of Dharma. If you have not taken the Discovering Buddhism module on Emptiness it is recommended you listen to the audio recordings on our website for DB -12.
We ask participants to open ZOOM 10 minutes before as we start promptly at 9 AM.
